It applies to the OptiMoDo marketing website at www.optimodo.com and the OptiMoDo application at app.optimodo.com (together, the "service"). By accessing or using the service, you acknowledge and accept everything below.

Educational information, not investment advice. OptiMoDo provides educational and informational content and software tools to help you understand and run options strategies. Nothing OptiMoDo provides — including strategy descriptions, signals, alerts, or automated actions — is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Information is general in nature and is not tailored to your financial situation, goals, or risk tolerance. Consult a licensed financial, tax, or legal professional before making any investment decision.

Not a broker or financial advisor. OptiMoDo is a software automation tool. It is not a broker-dealer, a registered investment adviser, or a financial advisor, and no advisory relationship is created by your use of it. All trades are placed in, and executed through, your own brokerage account.

As a result, orders or alerts may be delayed, missed, duplicated, or executed at prices or quantities you did not expect. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. You should independently monitor your account and not rely solely on OptiMoDo.

You are accountable for every trade in your account. You are solely responsible for all activity and every trade placed in your brokerage account, including trades you initiate, trades you approve, and trades placed by any automation you choose to enable (for example, on the Automate plan). You decide which strategies to run and how much capital to allocate, you can pause or stop strategies at any time, and you remain responsible for reviewing your account activity with your broker. We are not responsible for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or other damages arising from your use of the service.

No performance guarantees. OptiMoDo makes no representation or guarantee that any strategy will be profitable or will achieve any particular result. Any past or hypothetical performance is not indicative of future results.
