Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SAM Pro Services, LLC ("SAM Pro Services," "we," "us," "our") — the company behind OptiMoDo — collects, uses, and shares your information, and the choices you have. It applies to your use of OptiMoDo, our product, including our marketing website at www.optimodo.com, our application at app.optimodo.com, and related products and services (together, the "service"). OptiMoDo is currently available to users in the United States.

Information you provide. When you create an account we collect information such as your name, email address, password, and phone number (used to deliver trade alerts by SMS). When you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects your payment details on our behalf; we receive limited billing information such as your plan, billing status, and a customer reference — we do not store your full card number. We also collect the content of any messages you send us, such as support requests.

Brokerage connection data. If you connect a brokerage account, we collect the credentials or access tokens you authorize, along with account identifiers and the trading information we need to operate the service — for example your positions, orders, balances, and the strategies and allocations you select. We use this information only to provide OptiMoDo's features to you.

Information collected automatically. When you use the website or app, we automatically collect usage and device information such as log data, IP address, browser or device type, and interactions with the service. We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the service, remember your preferences, and understand usage.

How we use information. We use information to: provide, operate, and secure the service; deliver signals, alerts, and (where you enable it) automated trade execution through your connected brokerage account; process subscriptions and payments; provide customer support; communicate with you about the service; improve and develop our features; detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and comply with legal obligations.

How we share information. We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf — for example our payment processor, brokerage and market-data providers, message-delivery (SMS) provider, and hosting and analytics providers — only as needed to provide the service. We may also share information to comply with the law or a valid legal request, to protect the rights, safety, and security of OptiMoDo and others, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Data retention. We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, and afterward as required to meet our legal, accounting, and compliance obligations or to resolve disputes.

Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights. You can review and update your account information, and you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, and you can stop trade-alert texts by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws. To disconnect a brokerage account, remove the connection in your settings or contact your broker.

Children's privacy. OptiMoDo is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the policy and, where appropriate, notify you.
